How we work with you
A structured programme for teams of 5–50, built around your sector. Staff arrive with different assumptions about AI and leave with shared understanding, shared language, and documented evidence that the training happened.

Both formats produce the documented training record your regulator expects under UK GDPR — and, for firms with EU market exposure, the evidence required by Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
The RICS CPD Rules that took effect on 1 January 2026 introduced mandatory topics for the first time. AI, data and technology is one of three. It must be structured learning, a minimum of one hour, covered at least once every three CPD years — and the annual declaration cannot be signed until it has been.
Separately, the RICS AI Practice Standard has been mandatory since 9 March 2026. It asks regulated firms to hold a written AI policy and a register of the AI systems in use. Two different instruments, one conversation.

Members must record a learning outcome for every activity. Everyone leaves with a written learning-outcome statement they can paste straight into RICS My Account, plus the annual reflection prompt.
The session is the easy part. The recording is what usually slips — so we hand you that finished.
Structured CPD does not have to be provided by RICS. The requirement is that it is structured, has clear learning outcomes and runs for at least an hour.
